Lake and Land Studio works on a national level, designing houses across the united state. While the firm operates on a national level, the main areas where a majority of the houses designed are built are Big Bay Lake in Mississippi and Crane Island Florida.

We order materials to the job site when designing in areas that are not local. This involves detailed communications with clients and contractors.

To deal with any cultural differences we clarify time zones when setting meetings to ensure that we are all on the same page.

In order to accomodate for different socio economic statuses, budgets of clients are taken into account when specifying materials. Clients are also warned at the start of the project if we do not think their budget will accommodate for what they are wanting and expecting.
